What is available today?
The GoodTwig journal is available to read. GoodTwig Labs and GoodTwig Studio are prelaunch divisions: no product, repository, theme, template or downloadable resource is currently published or offered for purchase through this website. There are no active subscriptions or charges to cancel here.
Ask a question or report an issue
Email hello@goodtwig.com. For a website problem, include the page and what happened. For a writing correction, include the passage and a reliable source if available. Do not send passwords, payment card information or identity documents. No fixed response time is promised at this stage.
Licences and compatibility
Future GoodTwig Labs and GoodTwig Studio releases will have dedicated pages describing supported platforms or file formats, included materials, source availability and any required third-party tools. Usage permissions will be stated for each release. Public repositories will identify their licence and maintenance status. Browsing this site does not grant a licence to redistribute its design assets or a future product.
Purchases, cancellations and refunds
There is no checkout on this site. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies here. If paid products or subscriptions launch, the seller details, price and taxes, delivery, licence, renewal and cancellation mechanics, support contact and applicable refund rights must be available before purchase. Purchases through an external marketplace will also be subject to that platform’s applicable terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
