GoodTwig is an independent consulting and digital product studio based in Punjab, India. This notice describes this website and enquiries sent to hello@goodtwig.com.

Visiting the website

We have not added analytics or advertising trackers to the website. There are currently no customer accounts or payment checkout.

Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect its services, including request logs such as IP addresses and timestamps. Private previews may also require the hosting provider’s sign-in service, governed by that provider’s privacy terms.

Preparing an enquiry

The contact page prepares an email draft using the information you enter. It does not submit a message to GoodTwig or save the draft to a website database. You choose whether to open the draft in your email app, copy it or send it. Draft fields are not saved by the website after you leave or refresh the page.

Email correspondence

When you email us, we receive your address and the information you include. We use it to respond and manage your enquiry. Our email provider processes information needed to deliver that service.

If you ask to hear about future releases, we may use your email to send the updates you requested. You can ask us to stop at any time. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Questions and deletion requests

For privacy questions or to request deletion of enquiry correspondence, email hello@goodtwig.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements.
